Northern Spark Festival

The Northern Spark Festival, a takeoff of the International "Nuit Blanche" festival, is an all-night celebration of the arts across Minneapolis. It had some issues such as poor indications of where buses would be stopping, some events cancelled, very little helpful signage, and things were so spread out that many people who did not have the entire night to spend riding buses around the city ended up only seeing a small portion of the festival. I think if things were more centralized next year (I didn't really see anything that couldn't be hosted within a three block radius of the Stone Arch Bridge, for example), it could be something fun and interesting that many people would enjoy. I only took a few photos, myself, as we spent a vast majority of the night trying to get from one event to another.
